MINDTOSOUL REIKIGeneral Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to review the following Terms and Conditions. By using this website, making purchases from our online store, or registering for any services provided by MINDTOSOUL REIKI you automatically agree to comply with our Terms, Conditions, and Policies. Please note that we reserve the right to modify our terms, conditions, website, or policies at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Reservations
To secure your preferred time and Reiki service, we highly recommend booking in advance using the booking links provided under our Reiki Sessions section. For Distant Reiki sessions, we require credit card details or a gift card number at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Changes / Cancellations
To ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of your Reiki appointment, including future bookings. Please note that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will typically be deducted from your deposit and includes bookings made using a gift card voucher. If the booking has been made using a gift card voucher, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of the gift card voucher. However, the cancellation fee will be waived if no appointments have been canceled within the last 3 months.
Arrival Time / No shows
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled In-person Reiki session. If you are running late, please note that your Reiki session will still conclude at the scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client.
For late arrivals, we will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before assuming you will not attend your Reiki appointment. In the event of a no-show, the fee of $50 is also charged. This fee will typically be deducted from your deposit and includes bookings made using a gift card voucher. If the booking has been made using a gift card voucher, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of the gift card voucher.
A 'no-show' occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancellation. This means the client neither attends the appointment nor communicates any intention to cancel or reschedule beforehand. Please be mindful of this policy when scheduling appointments.
Consultation
Prior to your Reiki session, the Reiki practitioner will conduct a brief questionnaire and discuss your specific needs. For first-time clients, they will review the information provided on the new client form. The Reiki treatment will then be tailored to accommodate your individual requirements. Our objective is to maximize the effectiveness of each Reiki session while ensuring that your needs and preferences are addressed. If you ever feel uncomfortable for any reason during a Reiki session, please inform the Reiki practitioner.
Payment
Payment (or a deposit payment) is typically processed online through the booking system at the time of your booking, unless otherwise instructed prior to making a booking. If full payment was not processed during booking, the remaining payment (minus any deposit paid) will either be processed against your nominated card on the day of your scheduled Reiki appointment or can be made manually in-person using one of our available payment methods, such as cash or bank transfer, after your Reiki session concludes.
Please note that we do not issue accounts, and payment is due on the day of your appointment. Therefore, ensure that you have adequate funds available to cover the cost.
A valid credit or debit card must be stored on file. If you need to update your card details before your appointment, you can do so through the booking system.
Gift Cards
Our Reiki Gift Vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Additionally, Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Security
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing valuables onto the premises, as we cannot assume responsibility for any items left unattended.
Parking
Visitor car bays are available in front of the Reiki studio, with additional free parking available on the main road. Please be aware that all parking spaces are public and are not managed by the business. We are not liable for any damage or theft that may occur to your vehicle(s) while parked on our premises or elsewhere.
Pregnancy
It is essential that you inform us of your pregnancy when making a booking, as requested in the new client form. For existing clients, you must inform the Reiki practitioner at the time of your appointment so that the Reiki session can be adjusted accordingly. While Reiki treatments are generally considered safe during pregnancy, it is advisable to consult with your doctor beforehand. By making a booking and receiving a Reiki treatment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Health Conditions
When booking a Reiki session, please ensure that you disclose any pre-existing medical conditions either during the booking process or by informing the Reiki practitioner at the time of your appointment. This enables us to customize the session to suit your individual requirements. While Reiki treatments are generally safe, we recommend consulting with your doctor before booking a session. By making a booking and receiving a Reiki treatment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Minimum Age
All guests must be at least 18 years old to receive a Reiki treatment. For guests under the age of 18, parental consent and involvement are required.
Reiki Disclaimer and Client’s Consent
The content provided on www.mindtosoul.com.au is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Reiki & Energy Healing can help with various physical and mental conditions by promoting relaxation and reducing stress. However, it's important to note that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions or interfere with treatment from licensed medical professionals. If necessary, it's advisable to seek immediate psychological or medical care. Reiki is a complementary therapy that works alongside conventional medicine, and its benefits in relaxation and stress reduction can contribute to optimal bodily and mental functioning. Achieving this level of relaxation may require multiple Reiki Healing sessions.
Any feedback and information provided by the practitioner are advisory in nature and do not come with any guarantees of success or effectiveness. Clients are responsible for communicating any discomfort experienced during a session, and they indemnify Inner Nurture and the practitioner against any adverse reactions resulting from a Reiki and Energy Healing Session or any other services.
Testimonials and information presented on this website are based on individual client experiences and serve as a guide only.
